Dong Bang Shin Ki Hero JaeJoong, Xiah JunSu and Micky YooChun to form unique unit

Amidst the discord between the Dong Bang Shin Ki trio and their agency SM Entertainment, Avex Japan posted up an announcement on 14th April announcing that the trio will promote as an unique unit.

Meanwhile, news have came in today that SM Entertainment will be filing a lawsuit against the trio claiming 2.2 billion KRW following the news that they will be filing for an appeal against the provisional decision for the trio’s lawsuit against the company last July.

The 3 has contracted with Avex and a management company and will start their activities.

They had violated the terms of their contract with us by using the name ‘Dong Bang Shin Ki’ and publicity for the enterprise, and they have argued against and denied the exclusive contract terms and filed for provisional disposition.

[Breaking News] SM Entertainment Raises Lawsuit against TVXQ

On the afternoon of 13th April, Beijing, according to reports by the Korean media, there is new development in the lawsuit between Korean company SM Entertain and TVXQ’s 3 members Park Yoochun, Kim Junsu and Kim Jaejoong. On the 12th, SM Entertainment filed a lawsuit against the temporary contract injunction decided by the courts last year.

According to a SM representative, previously, SM Entertainment has been trying hard to let TVXQ continue as a group, which is why they never raised an appeal against the temporary contract injunction that was put in place by the courts. However, the 3 members have been unresponsive towards SM Entertainment’s requests for them to return to activities as TVXQ, and they also put a stop to their Japanese activities, causing the group TVXQ to be on the brink disbandment, which is why SM Entertainment raised the lawsuit. In the lawsuit filed on the 12th, SM Entertainment raised an appeal against the court’s decision for a temporary injunction of their contracts, which was made in October last year. DJ filipino insulta a U-kiss

El grupo popular , U-Kiss estuvo en Filipinas la semana pasada para una gira de promoción y los fans estaban encantados de verlos en acción, gritando como locos desaforados.

Pero desgraciadamente sucedio un hecho almentable con un DJ que lleva el nombre de DJ Mo Twister (nombre real: Mohan Gumatay)quien all parecer insultó a nuestros U-Kiss-a través de su cuenta de Twitter diciendo que los chicos parecían gays y que no parecían heterosexuales... si quieren insultarlo esta es su cuenta en Twitter djmotwister.

Los aficionados pusieron comentarios iracundos y exigieron disculpas, tanto que han creado paginas para poner toda su ira. Se estaba preocupado de que esto afectara el posible regreso de U-Kiss a Filipina

Universal Records Filipinas que distribuye el album de U-Kiss en la nación, expresó que este "no debe afectar al resultado de cualquier cosa y las esperanzas no deben morir.

Las cosas se intensificó más cuando el padre de uno de los miembros de U-Kiss, Alexander , el señoR Anthony Eusebio respondió airadamente a las observaciones a través de Twitter.
